Kabul: On Friday, Afghanistan’s finance ministry under the Taliban government has prepared a draft of the national budget. This is the first time in two decades when the national budget is funded without foreign aid. The finance ministry spokesman, Ahmad Wali Haqmal, did not reveal the size of the draft budget until it was approved by the cabinet.
