It emerged on Thursday that the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) medical panel had declared veteran all-rounder Shoaib Malik and wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan fit for a semi-final match against Australia. Both players displayed symptoms of cold and had a fever in the last couple of days.
