President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa said that the riots and violence over Zuma jailing in South Africa were pre-planned. He declared the violence that rocked South Africa “an assault on democracy”. The government reported 212 deaths since Thursday. “It is quite clear that all these incidents of unrest and looting were instigated. There were people who planned it and co-ordinated it”, he added.
