Moscow: On Sunday, Russian President Vladimir Putin asserted that Russia would always be ready to help resolve a migrant predicament on the border between Belarus and Poland. “We are inclined to help it by all means if of course, anything would depend on us,” Putin quoted in an interview to a state TV channel. He also rebutted the involvement of Moscow and Minsk and blamed the West for the crisis in Iraq and Afghanistan.
