On Wednesday, UN atomic monitors and Ukraine’s state nuclear operator stated that workers had managed to restore power for the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia atomic power plant. Previously, the nuclear power plant suffered a “blackout” when a missile damaged a distant electrical substation.
