Prime Minister Imran Khan has urged the government to take all necessary steps to make the IT sector more attractive to potential investors.
The decision comes as the number of startups in Pakistan rises, but getting investment into the nation has been difficult.
PM Khan chaired a meeting of the Board of Governors of Special Technology Zones in Islamabad on Wednesday.
The meeting was also attended by Industries Minister Khusro Bakhtiar, IT Minister Aminul Haq, Finance Advisor Shaukat Tareen, Dr. Sania Nishtar, and others.
