The hearing of Noor Muqaddam murder case in Sessions Court Islamabad has been adjourned till 1st Dec.
The main accused Zahir Jaffer and all the other accused were brought before the court. Only a few clips of the video have been provided by the police. The Sessions Court asked where the plaintiff’s lawyer was. Lawyer Babar Hayat said that he is busy in the Supreme Court. During the hearing, the plaintiff’s lawyer Babar Hayat appeared in the court and tried to get the main accused Zahir Jaffer to sign the power of attorney. “I will not sign, I want to have a separate meeting with the lawyer,” said Jaffer. The Court ordered the main accused to go back for constantly speaking.
