On Wednesday, the attorneys for accused Zahir Jaffar in the Noor Mukadam murder case finished their arguments before the Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) panel in their appeal disputing their indictment and demanding the provision of evidence record.
The court also served notifications on the respondent on Zahir Jaffar’s parents’ petition against the trial court’s indictment. The IHC’s Justice Aamer Farooq heard the case filed by accused Zahir Jaffar, Asmat Jaffar, and Tahir Zahoor in the above-mentioned affair.
