According to sources, the decision to deny the request for footage and digital evidence in the murder of Noor Muqqadam has been challenged. The owner of Therapy Works has appealed the decision in the Islamabad High Court against the decision to deny the plea.

Accused Tahir Zahoor, the proprietor of Therapy Works, appealed the Additional Sessions Judge’s ruling on October 7, asking the court to force him to submit all documents before the trial. Today, Akram Qureshi Advocate filed a petition asking the court to delay the execution of the Additional Sessions Judge’s ruling, which was issued by Judge Ata Rabbani on October 7.
