The case of Noor Muqaddam’s murder, CCTV footage, and a request for digital evidence were all heard.

Following the hearing, the court issued notifications. Shaukat Muqaddam, the plaintiff, was served with a notice by the Islamabad High Court. The court has set a deadline of October 20 for a response. In the courtroom, Shah Khawar, attorney for plaintiff Shaukat Muqaddam, obtained the notice. Shaukat Muqaddam was also issued with a notice in response to his request for the trial to be postponed.
