Karachi: Former finance minister Miftah Ismail castigated Energy Minister Hammad Azhar’s inviting a journalist for a debate and asked government ministers to assure gas supply in the country instead of beating about the bush. He also made three suggestions to the federal ministers to improve the current situation; gas supply to domestic and industrial consumers; Installation of LNG terminals and pipelines; and not increasing the rate of LNG.
