The Israeli army said more than 60 fighters were killed in Jabalia, in northern Gaza, in the past week. It added that troops were now fighting in the city centre. A weapons warehouse was found in the area, it said. The site reportedly contained dozens of long-range rockets, rocket parts, explosives and other arms.
