The Navy Sailing Club on Rawal Lake in Islamabad has been ordered to be demolished within three weeks by the Islamabad High Court. Justice Athar Minallah ruled, “The building was illegally constructed.”
On January 6, after hearing arguments from both the petitioner’s attorney and the defence, the court reserved its judgement in the case. On Friday, it was stated at a hearing.
