Hamas political bureau member Mohammed Nazzal said the group would respond to US President Donald Trump’s 20-point plan on peace in Gaza “soon”. Hamas is discussing the plan and had “comments” on it but would announce its position shortly, Mr Nazzal told Al Jazeera on Thursday. On Tuesday, Mr Trump gave the group “three or four days” to respond to the proposal.
