In addition to dismissing al-Zubaidi from the government, the Presidential Leadership Council President Rashad al-Alimi added that it was “decided to pursue and apprehend those involved in distributing weapons and threatening civil peace, and to bring them to justice, stressing that the state will deal firmly with any violations, in a manner that ensures respect for the rule of law and the protection of public rights and freedoms”.
