Syed Ali Gilani’s funeral prayers were performed at the National Assembly ground in Islamabad, organized by the Kashmir Committee. According to reports, funeral prayers were attended by the President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani, Chairman Kashmir Committee, Hurriyat Conference Leaders, and members of Parliament. Funeral prayers were offered by Hurriyat leader Ghulam Muhammad Safi.
