For violating the biosecure bubble, England umpire Michael Gough has been banned for six days by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
According to foreign media reports, Michael Gough left the BioSecure Bubble hotel on Friday and met people without permission, following which he was quarantined. Michael Gough will be tested every day during the quarantine. Due to his suspension, Michael Gough was unable to officiate in India’s match against New Zealand on Sunday. Marius Erasmus took his place.
