The death toll in Gaza has climbed to 20,915, with 54,918 injured since October 7, the enclave’s Ministry of Health reported. Israeli strikes have also killed 241 people in the past 24 hours and injured 382 others, spokesman Ashraf Al Qudra said at a press conference.
