A group of Stanford professors has requested US Justice Department to shun the investigation for Chinese spies at universities as it causes racial discrimination and terror for the scientists. The ‘China Initiative’ was started in 2018 to prevent technology theft at the hands of the Chinese govt. The letter was signed by 177 faculty members of Stanford University and made public on Monday.
