Tokyo: On Oct 19, the Japanese govt said that a group of ten Chinese and Russian naval vessels sailed through a strait separating Japan’s main island and its northern island of Hokkaido. ‘Japan is closely watching such activities,’ it added. It happened first time in years as japan had conflicts with both China and Russia.
