Ukraine’s State Emergency Service says at least 14 people were wounded – including a child – amid a “massive” round of Russian drone attacks in the northeastern Kharkiv region, including the city of Kharkiv. Fires broke out at various locations, the service wrote on Telegram, burning high-rise apartments, commercial buildings, a medical facility and a dormitory. Photos shared by the service showed emergency workers taming flames on residential rooftops and breaking down walls.
