Mubasher Lucman, a senior journalist and anchorperson, was the Chief Guest at the All Pakistan Private Schools Association’s Teachers’ Day event, where he handed certificates and expressed his thoughts on the occasion. International Teachers’ Day is observed every year on October 5th.
