The Pakistani rupee fell 84 paisas against the dollar. Currency dealers said that the reason for this fall is excessive demand for foreign currency as the market remained closed ahead of the Eid holidays. They also mentioned that the demand for dollars increased after the Eid holidays as foreign sellers received a lot of imports.
