Kuala Lumpur: The officials reported that almost 21,000 people had been displaced during the torrential rain. The seven states were affected by the calamity and the displaced people were shifted to relief centers by officials and volunteers. More than 66,000 police, army, and fire department crew were mobilized to help pick people from the affected areas.
