On Monday, the district government posted a notice at former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s Jati Umra residence announcing the sale of his property on November 19.

The auction of Nawaz’s property would be held in conjunction with the collection of an £8 million fine imposed on him by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) courts in corruption cases, according to a Board of Revenue (BoR) notice.

Property 135 Upper Mall Lahore, located in Mauza Mian Mir, Tehsil Cantonment, will be auctioned on November 19 at the Assistant Commissioner’s Office premises in Cantonment.
