The Israeli military stormed the city of Bethlehem early this morning and arrested two Palestinian children, aged 14 and 15, Wafa has reported. Separately, Israeli forces raided four towns east of Bethlehem but did not arrest anyone. Children in the occupied West Bank are facing a sharp rise in settler pogroms and killings by Israeli forces, the UN has said. Youths are held in Israeli detention with no access to lawyers and no word sent to their parents, a separation that can amount to enforced disappearance.
