ISLAMABAD: PTI has questioned the Federal Constitutional Court’s decision to fix a petition challenging Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi’s appointment. The party said the move raised concerns over judicial impartiality in politically sensitive matters, arguing Afridi was elected constitutionally after Ali Amin Gandapur’s resignation. PTI also urged courts to prioritise pending bail pleas of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
