Iranian Army Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari has described modern warfare as a battle of will and endurance, stressing the importance of strong human resources. According to IRNA, the army has introduced an AI-based recruitment and selection system developed by its Human Resources Department. The platform enables units to identify and recruit talented candidates while conducting online tests. Sayyari said capable and committed personnel are vital to strengthening the army’s combat capabilities.
