The United States and Iran have reached an initial agreement to release $3 billion to Tehran during indirect talks in Doha, Al Arabiya quoted sources as saying on Wednesday. Sources said that Tehran conditioned the release of $3 billion with each progress made in the negotiations, according to the report.
