Balochistan: It emerged on Thursday that Haibatullah Halimi, an 80-year-old man from Mastung, has accomplished a Ph.D. degree in political science at the University of Balochistan. Zahoor Ahmed Agha, Balochistan Governor was the chief guest at the varsity’s convocation, commended his spirit to pursue education while ignoring age barriers.
