Santiago: On Dec 19, Chilean leftist Gabriel Boric has won the final polls ahead of the Andean country’s presidential election. The polarized race between 35-year-old former students remains tight against ultra-conservative rival Jose Antonio Kast. Both candidates do not belong to centrist mainstream parties.
